Te Yi Medical Qigong®

Have you just been acutely injured or have fear of needles? Are you simply just physically or and even emotionally incapable of receiving vigorous physical treatment methods such as massage, cupping, surgery, guasha, or even acupuncture? than Te Yi Medical Qigong® treatments might just be what you need! No surgery or pharmaceutical drugs. No needles, cupping, or physical manipulation ... other than breathing with intent and minimal physical contact!

Te Yi, roughly translated to “Special Medicine”, is a specially designed qigong practice derived from the Heavenly Essence Qigong system. The knowledge of Te Yi Medical Qigong® has been introduced to the West as a new healing modality by Shifu, Dr. Liping Zhu, who is also a disciple in the Heavenly Essence Qigong lineage and was directly authorized by the Grandmaster!

Qi Dragon trained Te Yi Student Practitioners or/and Te Yi Certified Practitioners do not diagnose nor treat “diseases”, however use unique Qi Assessment and Qi Regulation techniques to promote healing and enhance the efficacy of other modalities, ultimately that of our body’s own innate self-healing and regenerative abilities, by simply moving out blockages through re-balancing our mind-body-spirit connection. Depending on various factors, such as the severity of dis-ease; the receiver’s meridian sensitivity level; the practitioner’s own level of cultivation, it is normal that the receiver may or may not experience any physical sensations during or/and after the session, however, it is not unusual for one to experience, but is not limited to, the following sensations, nor is it unusual for such sensations to last from a few seconds to a few days and possibly longer:

warmth, cold, tingling, throbbing, twitching, vibrating, pulsating, hearing sounds, seeing colors or bright lights, feeling trickling or flowing of water along any number of channels, electricity, itching, heaviness, wind, temporary emotional release such as laughing or crying, a need to urinate, and sometimes even physical pain. Most of the time, one may feel a deep sense of ease or/and relaxation and may even fall asleep during the session.

According to six published volumes of over 1000 Te Yi Medical Qigong® or Te Yi case studies from China, Te Yi has assisted in healing over one hundred different “dis-eases” of the body, mind and spirit. It is also important to know, Te Yi is not restricted to time and space such as many other contemporary modalities, so a Te Yi session can be administered locally or/and remotely; in an individual or/and group setting, and is beneficial for both human and animals of all age shape and size, from conception to end of life.
